Introduction

Aula Arcade was a pioneering educational academy that set the standard for early game development education in Andalusia and serving as an incubator for innovative mobile projects. Combining creativity, technical expertise, and humanistic learning principles, Aula Arcade empowered national and international students to kickstart their journey in game design and multimedia production.

Though no longer active, its innovative approach continues to influence the region’s education landscape, inspiring a new generation of developers and creative minds.

My Role

At Aula Arcade, I wore multiple hats to ensure its success:

As a game dev educator I designed a hands-on project-based syllabus integrating 3D modeling, visual programming in Unity, and 2D fundamentals.

I carried out the visual direction of projects as a main generalist artist, creating characters, props, environments, and interface elements.

As an instructional designer I produced learning materials, from video courses to pedagogical guidelines for games, ensuring a meaningful experience.
